106 BS – Drying oven for bags and leather goods

Ares italia srl ​​has created this machine to dry in series of all types of painted products such as wallets, belts, shoulder straps, sides, pulls, up to large bags. The control panel with thermoregulator and ribbon potentiometer makes the oven easy to use The oven can work in ventilated heating mode, equipped with a double turbine, one free and the other equipped with resistors for air heating up to 110 ° C .

The opening / closing of the doors is completely manual and with the simple use of the handle mounted on the doors, it is possible to position the two doors at their full height with a simple gesture.

The heating chamber has a length of 160 cm by 42 cm in height and a width of 51 cm, the new horizontal air intake system allows to concentrate the flow of ventilation directly on the conveyor belt in order to facilitate the drying of belts and flat pieces. The outer wings (re-sealable for transport) have no appendages that interfere with the work thanks to the phantom engine.
