107CS AUTOMATIC HYBRID INFRARED DRYER TOUCH FOR BELTS

ARES has created this machine to dry in series of all types of painted products such as belts, straps and strips.
The touch screen makes the oven easy to use and with great programming alternatives.

The oven can work in three different modes: ventilated heating, infrared and both at the same time; all assisted by an electronic system that allows to program the time of stationing of the material inside the drying chamber.

You can choose the speed of the conveyor belt and create work cycles with STEP technology, it can work in automatic or manual mode by programming from the display. In infrared mode you can adjust the power intensity from 25 to 100% ensuring a perfect drying with a maximum power of only 1000W.

The new applied technology allows a constant temperature of up to 120 ° to be achieved inside the chamber and thanks to special insulated walls, it has total thermal insulation with exterior. The touch screen 4.3 ” is able to manage all the settings, the work cycle program with STEP and save up to thirty programs in memory. The heating chamber has a length of 200cm, a height of 5cm, the conveyor belt has a length of 21cm. The outer wings (re-sealable for transport) have no appendages that interfere with work thanks to the phantom engine.
